Operating from the former Barclays bank in Garforth, we aim to take Mediterranean cuisine to the next level. Our team has over 30 years of experience in cooking Mediterranean food; the mouth-watering menu includes something for everyone.

Tomahawk £39.95

Our Tomahawk is dry aged for a minimum of 30 days. Gently seasoned and served straight from the grill with our homemade Roquefort cheese Sauce, grilled Tenderstem broccoli and smashed potato with chimichurri and sea salt. Dry aging enhances beef by naturally tenderizing it and intensifying its flavor. As moisture evaporates, the taste becomes richer, nuttier, and more concentrated. This traditional process delivers depth, aroma, and melt-in-the-mouth texture. Chef recommended cooking: medium rare.
